At Homeworks Etc., we take great pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our products. Attention to design, materials, safety and construction is our priority. We carefully inspect your order prior to shipment; upon receipt, please inspect your purchase and notify us of any damage within 48 hours. We will arrange for a prompt replacement.
- All merchandise, excluding SALE merchandise, may be returned for a full refund or exchanged within 15 days of the original shipping date found on your packing slip. Please review the "RETURN REQUIREMENTS" below in order to get a full refund or exchange.
- Shipping fees (initial shipping cost & return shipping) are NON-REFUNDABLE.
- All purchases on SALE items are FINAL SALE. SALE merchandise may not be returned or exchanged unless there is damage to an item or an incorrect item was received.
- All purchases on PERSONALIZED or CUSTOM orders are FINAL SALE.
- A return merchandise authorization (RMA) number is required for ALL returns. Unsolicited returns will not be accepted. Please see "RETURN PROCEDURES" below for step by step instructions.
- ORIGINAL RECEIPT: Original receipt (packing list) must accompany all returns or exchanges.
- ORIGINAL PACKAGING: Returned merchandise must be in original condition and packaging.
- To obtain a RMA number, email: firstname.lastname@example.org with your original order number, stating the reason for your return.
- Once you have received an RMA number, clearly print it on the return address label located on the front of this document and affix it to the outside of your box. Please return merchandise to us through a delivery service that provides a tracking number and also requires a signature for verification of receipt (for example, FedEx, UPS or Canada Post registered mail). We strongly recommend that you insure the package. We are not responsible for packages returned with no tracking information. We do not accept returns via COD.
- RMA numbers(s) are only valid for 15 days after issued. Your return packages must be received by Homeworks Etc. with in this 15 day period. RMA numbers will not be reissued under any circumstances.
If you believe you have damaged product due to shipping, we will replace the item if notified within 48 hours or receiving the merchandise. The shipping on the replacement product will be waived. Please email: email@example.com to determine if your item is damaged. Submit your photos of the damaged box and the damaged product within the required time frame to submit your claim. Please Include your invoice and order number.
